Customer receives a confirmation voucher via email/WhatsApp within 24 hours of successful booking.
In case the preferred slot is not available, an alternate schedule of the customer’s choice will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent through email/ WhatsApp
Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking prior to confirmation and a full refund will be processed.
Cancellation Policy:
If customer cancel their booking, following cancellation charges will be applicable:
If cancellation are made 30 days prior the date of travel then 25% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation are made 15 days to 30 days prior the date of travel then 50 % of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation are made 0 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
After commencement of tour / No Show then 100% of total tour cost will be charged.
Refund Policy:
Refunds if any for amendments and / or cancellation will be paid directly to the customer for booking made directly with 101 Traveler.
For booking routed through our Preferred Sales Agent (PSA) or Travel agent of the customer, the refunds will be routed through them.
Refund will be processed within 60-90 working days from the date of cancellation. No interest charges shall be payable on the amount.
101 Traveler shall not liable where the delay in refund is due to reasons beyond 101 Traveler’s reasonable control.
There is no refund payable for any unutilized services (e.g. Meals, Entrance Fees, Optional Tour, Hotel, Activities, Sightseeing etc).
