Vaishno Devi Temple is one of the most popular and devoted shrines in India. Every year, lakhs of people come here to visit Vaishno Devi, who is present in the Trikuta hills in Jammu. Day 01 : Jammu - Katra
Arrive in Jammu and take an Individual Cab / Taxi Services to Katra. Arrive in Katra and check-in to your booked hotel. In the evening visit local market. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 02 : Katra - Vaishno Devi Darshan
This is the day your journey begins and you’ll proceed to Vaishno Devi Bhawan, one of the most popular pilgrimages in India, situated in the lap of the Trikuta mountains across Katra town at an altitude of around 5200 feet. The journey entails a nearly 12-kilometer trek from Katra base camp, known as Ban Ganga. An alternate way to perform darshans is by ponies or palkis . If time permits, visit Bhairo Temple and return back to Katra in the evening for an overnight stay at Katra.
Day 03 : Katra - Srinagar
After breakfast, you check-out of the hotel and transfer to Srinagar. On arriving in Srinagar, check-in to the booked hotel / Houseboat. Hangout in the local market in the evening. Overnight stay at a houseboat / hotel.
Day 04 : Srinagar – Gulmarg – Srinagar
In the morning, a full-day tour of Gulmarg, which is one of the most beautiful places in the valley. Here you can visit the golf course in the summer and enjoy skiing in the winter. Enjoy the splendour of nature and the snowy mountains. You can enjoy a cable car ride, known as a "Gondola Ride," from Gulmarg to Khalinmarg. Day 05 : Srinagar – Pahalgam – Srinagar
Transfer from Srinagar to Pahalgam in the valley of Kashmir. On the way, visit Saffron Field, Avantipur ruins, and Anantnag Sulpher spring. The most liked place by the Indian film industry for shooting. Enjoy the natural beauty of the valley. In the evening, return back to the hotel or houseboat for an overnight stay.
Day 06 : Srinagar – Sonmarg – Srinagar
The full day trip to Sonmarg begins from Srinagar, one of the best spots to take a picture or create videos. On arrival in Sonmarg, you can ride on a horse to visit Thajiwas Glacier, where snow remains all year. Sonmarg is known as the getway of Ladakh. In the evening, return back to Srinagar for an overnight stay at your booked hotel.
Day 07 : Local Sightseeing – Srinagar
Proceeds for a half-day tour of Srinagar's world-famous Mughal Gardens, visiting the Nishant Babh ( The Garden of Pleasure), Shalimar Bagh (The Adobe of Love). In the afternoon, take Shikara rides on the Dal Lake to enjoy the beauty that God has gifted to Srinagar. You can take a ride on the Dal Lake to enjoy the sunset. In the evening, return to the hotel or houseboat. Take dinner and spend the night in the hotel or houseboat.
Day 08 : Srinagar – Jammu
After breakfast, check-out of your booked hotel. You’ll be transferred to Jammu for a drop at Jammu Airport for your onward journey.
